Cleanup-Bin ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Cleanup-Bin mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.
Information We Collect
When you use the App, we may collect:
- Contact information: your name, phone number, and service address, which you provide when creating an account.
- Service preferences: your selected plan and trash pickup day.
- Payment information: payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Please see Stripe's Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy) for details on how Stripe handles payment data.
- Camera access: the App may request camera access solely to let you scan your card for faster, more accurate checkout. We do not access your camera for any other purpose, and photos are not stored.
- Location/address data: your service address is used to schedule cleanings and is looked up using Google Places, subject to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and subscription
- Schedule and deliver cleaning services
- Process payments
- Communicate with you about your service (e.g., scheduling updates)
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App, such as Stripe (payment processing) and Google (address lookup), each of which has its own privacy practices.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your Choices
You may update or delete your account information, or ask us to remove your data, by contacting us at the email below.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
